This rolling circle cutter for fabric is ideal for materials such as cloth, felt, quilting fabric, denim, lace, as well as soft films and thin rubber sheets. It cuts clean circles without making a pinhole in the center. Because the fabric is cut by rolling the circular blade, it is less likely to wrinkle and cuts cleanly. It can be used for crafts such as making covered buttons and yo-yo quilts. It can cut circles with a diameter of 3 to 22 cm.
