Product Name: ☆Reiwa 7 (2025) Improved New Variety of Milking Queen☆ Fukumusume Flower Salt Rice; Brown Rice Reiwa 7 Harvest Fukumusume 1.7kg to just under 2kg, Polished Brown Rice. This is an improved variety of Milking Queen and Milking Princess, a low-amylose rice. It is a large-grained, sticky, fragrant, and chewy delicious rice. By using a 2.0mm sieve, we achieve a more select, chewy, and delicious rice.

We grow rice in Shimane Prefecture. We personally handle everything from seedling cultivation, transplanting, harvesting, drying, and polishing, with meticulous rice cultivation. We constantly search online for what constitutes delicious, safe, and secure rice. We use compost such as cow dung, horse dung, rice straw, rice bran, and apply paste fertilizer to the side rows of seedlings, using only a small amount of chemical fertilizer. The paddy soil is clayey and extremely deep, making rice cultivation a continuous struggle. Furthermore, during the ripening period of the rice, we sprayed enzymes from May to August to improve taste. During the rice ripening period, we sprayed a solution of brown rice amino acids, mineral salt, natural bittern, and flower salt. Regarding pesticides, we used an initial herbicide and seedling box granules once at the time of transplanting. Normally, we use pesticides for stink bug control in the summer, but we use them only once before heading and refrain from excessive use. Some rice may turn black due to stink bug damage, but we will remove them by repeatedly passing them through a sorting machine, stone remover, and color sorter just before shipping to create polished brown rice. However, we cannot remove 100% of them. Please bid with this understanding.

Notes:
Shipping will be via Yu-Packet with a brown rice weight of 1.7kg or more and less than 2kg. As this is a perishable food item, returns and exchanges are not possible.
We also offer free polishing to various levels (approximate). Polishing will result in broken grains. The weight will decrease by about 10%. After polishing, we will again use a color sorter to create polished white rice.

We strive to produce delicious and clean rice with well-selected grains by using a 2.0mm sieve for the Fukumusume brown rice harvested in September Reiwa 7 (2025).
