?? Refrigerated Storage: 2kg Fukuoka Prefecture Rice (Harvested September 2025) ??

Cultivated using compost as base fertilizer.
Pesticides are applied only from the heading stage and kept to a minimum (so-called reduced pesticide cultivation).
As it is fully ripened rice, there are very few unripe grains.
(Most are rejected during the brown rice milling process.)
Due to consecutive days of extreme heat, there is some chalky rice (heat damage), but we ask for your understanding.
No other farmers' rice is mixed in.
Only our single variety of Yume Tsukushi rice is used.
This rice is proud of its gentle sweetness and moderate stickiness.
We believe you will understand its quality once you try it.
After harvesting, it is heat-dried the same day at my parents' rice dryer,
and threshed the following day to become brown rice.
It is then stored as brown rice in my parents' dedicated rice refrigerator (around 10℃).
As it is stored in a refrigerator containing only rice,
there are no odors from other crops.
Upon purchase, it will be milled, weighed, and shipped on the same day.
Please let us know in the comments if you prefer to receive it as brown rice.
