■ Pricing
The basic price applies when both ① and ② below are met:
① Size 60 (Sum of width + height is 60cm or less)
② Total length of 6mm thick neon tube is 2m or less (in 50cm increments)

Additional charges will apply if the scope of the basic price is exceeded:
For sizes exceeding 60cm, an additional charge of ￥2,000 per 10cm will apply.
For sizes exceeding 160cm, please consult us individually.
For neon tubes exceeding 2m, an additional charge of ￥4,000 per 1m will apply.

■ Delivery
Production will begin after order confirmation and payment completion, and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the product.

■ Shipping
Shipping is included in the basic price.
However, additional shipping charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa/remote islands, and large item delivery.

■ We will create an image (with dimensions) and an estimate based on your reference image (hand-drawn is acceptable).
We will provide this service free of charge until you confirm your order.
Please provide your desired font and reference image (hand-drawn is acceptable).
There may be design limitations.

■ We will handle exchanges for initial product defects.
This applies to the original purchaser. We cannot accommodate resale or secondary sales.

■ Order Process

■ Cancellations or returns after order confirmation cannot be accepted. Please ensure you have fully reviewed and agreed to the size and design before confirming your order.

■ Please understand that there may be slight differences between the image and the actual product in terms of color, hue, and illumination.

■ The copyright of the produced item will generally be transferred to you. However, we may use it as a production example on our website, blog, social media, etc. If you prefer that it not be published, please inform us.
