The cutter itself has only been used once and is in beautiful condition.
The replacement blades are new, but the packaging is faded.
The blade attached to the main unit has been used, but I believe it is still usable, so I will leave it attached with the safety cover locked.
Lower the black lever on the front of the main unit to release the safety cover, and lower the red lever on the back to remove the blade.
Will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post.
