[Petticoat] White, Length 38cm, Waist approximately 60cm

This is used to add volume to dresses and skirts!

I tried it on when it arrived, but I haven't had a chance to use it, so I'm selling it.

The waist is 60cm, and it felt like it would be just right, not too tight or too loose.
The length is 38cm, according to the official description.

The hem has ruffles, so I think it would be cute to intentionally show a little bit of it.

The material feels a bit stiff, but I didn't feel any itchiness.

According to the reviews from the purchase site, some people have used it to add volume to their dresses. I saw that it works even with a dress length of 101cm!
