[Shipping Method]
The cacti we handle are shipped via 4th class mail only. We ship as bare-root plants, so soil and pots are not included. The nameplate will be shipped with the plant.
??We currently do not accept changes to Mercari delivery or other shipping methods.

Express delivery is available for an additional ￥500, but as I work as an office worker on weekdays, I often cannot ship immediately due to post office business hours.

[Shipping Date]
Shipping is generally scheduled for Sundays, but I will ship on weekdays as time permits.

Items paid for from Monday to Friday are generally scheduled to be shipped on Sunday.
If payment is made on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Sunday.

[Shipping Issues]
4th class mail is a service without tracking and is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to offer refunds for initial issues such as loss or jelly-like deterioration.

With 4th class mail, we can request an investigation after one week from shipping. Therefore, refunds may not be possible if it has been a long time since delivery or if there was a long delay between receiving the absence notification and picking up the package.

We will pack carefully, but leaves or roots may fall off during shipping.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such issues.
