The Salon 1995 had lost some of its carbonation, which was a bit disappointing, but we enjoyed it as a white wine.
Krug's powerful flavor and lingering finish were superb.
Henschke's pinnacle wine, from vines over 150 years old, is truly amazing. The fruitiness gradually increased after opening, and it still feels young at 31 years old.
