This is a spoon made of copper.
The hammered texture, created by repeatedly striking with a hammer during the process of shaping the scoop cut from a single copper plate and the handle bent from a 3mm copper rod, gives it a warm expression that can only be achieved through metal hammering.
The capacity per scoop may vary slightly, but it holds approximately 8-10g of coffee grounds when leveled.

About antibacterial properties:
Copper (Cu), like silver (Ag), is known for its high antibacterial performance and is effective in preventing the proliferation and inactivation of pathogens such as pathogenic E. coli (O-157), influenza virus, norovirus, Legionella bacteria, and Cryptosporidium. In recent years, experimental results have shown that it is also effective in inactivating the new coronavirus.

About aging:
Copper oxidizes when exposed to air, changing its color from reddish-brown to blackish-brown. Please enjoy the natural expression that changes over time as you use it.

About care:
For daily cleaning, you can wash it with a neutral dishwashing detergent.
If you wish to maintain the appearance it had when you received it, we recommend periodic cleaning with citric acid. Wash with a sponge soaked in citric acid solution. Gently polishing with steel wool or similar material will restore its luster.
