■ What is UZ-01 (UZU ROASTER)?
This is a compact IoT module that allows you to easily control the temperature management crucial for coffee roasting via your smartphone or PC.
Simply connect a thermocouple (temperature sensor) from your pan roasting or small roaster to the UZ-01.
Then, temperature graphs will be displayed in real-time on your PC/smartphone browser or dedicated app.
(There's also a mode where you can read the temperature by the blinking pattern of the status LED on the unit itself.)
