Shipping Method and Delivery Information

- Purchases of 7,000 yen or more will be shipped via Mercari delivery service.
- For purchases under 7,000 yen, we will generally ship via 4th class mail (no tracking).
4th class mail is a shipping method without tracking numbers or insurance.
Especially during the year-end and New Year holidays, the postal service handles a very large volume of mail, which may result in longer delivery times than usual, and in rare cases, non-delivery or loss may occur.
Therefore, if you choose 4th class mail, we cannot provide compensation or take responsibility in the event of non-delivery or loss.
Please purchase with this understanding.
- Considering the above situation, the usual Mercari delivery fee of 350 yen is currently available for 300 yen.
If you wish to ensure delivery, please consider a shipping method with tracking.
Furthermore, as there have been recent cases of non-delivery with 4th class mail, we may be forced to cancel transactions at our discretion to avoid burdening the buyer or causing trouble.
In such cases,
- Loss of plants already shipped
- Impact on our account due to cancellation
will all be handled by us.
We appreciate your understanding.
