Kagoshima New Tea 70g Pre-order Exclusive - Shikoen Tea
10.00 $
Description
This is 70g of new tea from Kagoshima, sold annually by Ochano Shikoen on a reservation-only basis.
New tea is made by picking the first sprouts that grow in the gentle spring sunlight. During winter, the tea trees quietly grow day by day, slowly accumulating nutrients from the soil.
These nutrients encourage the transfer of energy from the soil to the leaves and new sprouts in spring, resulting in aroma and umami. Please moisten your throat and body with the nourishment of First Sprout Drop, a gift from heaven. And enjoy the aroma and umami, which can only be savored this season, from our reserved new tea.
