[Features]
Yucca filifera is excellent in cold and heat resistance,
making it suitable for dry gardens and the like.

It can be propagated by cuttings or air layering,
with May to August being the optimal period.

[Characteristics]
It is quite hardy.
It grows well along coastlines and in urban areas with air pollution,
and is not particular about soil type.
Some people insist on plants with established roots,
but this species will even sprout roots if left unattended after being cut.

[Cultivation]
For root development, use a rooting hormone
and it will root in 2-3 months. Important: Manage root development in bright shade.

[Watering]
Prefers a dry environment, so keep it on the dry side throughout the year.
Especially in winter, reducing watering will increase its cold tolerance.
It is said to withstand temperatures down to -20°C.

[Fertilizer]
It's fine to fertilize, but
it's best to do so once each in spring and autumn when the weather is warm.
