Found during a shelf organization at a design office. This is an OLFA 45-degree precision cut mat cutter.

The mat cutter is made by OLFA.
We will also include 5 replacement blades and 3 non-slip rubber pads. Please check photos 11 and 12. For usage instructions, please refer to the back of the box. Photo 8.
It was hidden on a shelf with hardly any use, and I'm seeing it for the first time now!
