The topcoat material with heat ray reflection function highly reflects near-infrared rays (heat rays) from sunlight, suppressing the temperature rise of the building structure from summer heat across a wide range of colors, and reducing cooling and heating loads.
- High durability
The topcoat paint uses acrylic silicone resin emulsion as a binder, forming a tough cross-linked coating film that exhibits excellent resistance to coating degradation factors such as ultraviolet rays. Furthermore, by reducing the surface temperature through heat shielding function, it also leads to suppression of heat-induced degradation.

Excellent low contamination properties also maintain heat shielding performance over a long period.
