How to brew coffee using a tea strainer
Use a ratio of 10g of medium-fine ground coffee to 180cc of hot water.

① Place the coffee grounds in a server (any heat-resistant container will do).
② Pour freshly boiled hot water directly from the kettle. (No blooming required)
③ After 4 minutes, remove the floating grounds with a spoon, strain through the tea strainer, and pour into a cup.

The 4 minutes after pouring hot water over the grounds is just waiting time, so you can do other things like chores.
When straining with the tea strainer, pour gently and slowly.
