☆☆Features of Eheim Mech☆☆
☆This is a ceramic ring-shaped filter media that is highly durable and less likely to break during cleaning.
●It does not crumble when washed and does not generate a large amount of powder that can cause motor or impeller failure.
☆It creates a fine and uniform water flow in the initial stage of filtration, providing efficient mechanical filtration.
●It is also good for the colonization of filtration bacteria. Even when used as mechanical media, its ring shape makes it less prone to clogging, allowing for longer cleaning intervals.
☆It does not affect the pH or hardness of the water, so it can be safely used with fish species sensitive to water quality.
●It has a large surface area and is also effective for biological filtration.
Shape: Ring (diameter 9-12mm x length 9-13mm)
☆☆Features of Substrate Pro☆☆

It achieves a large surface area of approximately 450m2 per liter.
Its porous structure with appropriately sized pores provides ideal conditions for the colonization of filtration bacteria, quickly stabilizing the water quality immediately after setup.
Does not affect water quality.
Please wash thoroughly with tap water before use.
