I bought two last year, but I can't finish the other one because it's such a large quantity, so I'm selling this one as a spare.
It is new and unused, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about home storage.

Chia seeds are the seeds of the chia plant, a member of the mint family native to Mexico and Guatemala. They are popular as a superfood due to their high nutritional value and their characteristic of swelling when absorbing moisture.
Chia seeds are rich in nutrients such as dietary fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. In particular, glucomannan, a type of dietary fiber, dissolves in water and turns into a jelly-like substance, which is said to help you feel full and aid in dieting.
Chia seeds can be consumed in various ways, such as eating them raw, rehydrating them in water until they become plump, or adding them to dishes and drinks. For example, mixing them into yogurt or smoothies, using them as a topping for salads, or adding them to bread and cakes are recommended. Two tablespoons provide 11 grams of dietary fiber, aiding digestion and maintaining a feeling of fullness!
Add a little extra nutrition to your meals and snacks.
