Heavy-duty waterproof adhesive for concrete

Purchased six months ago to attach a tile nameplate to a gatepost.

I was concerned about the adhesive strength, so I kept it in storage for a while after installation.
However, it seems to be holding up well even in the rain, so I'm listing it for sale!

Opened
I estimate it has been used less than 20%.
I checked to see if it had dried out and hardened, and it seems to be fine (see 4th image).
