This is a Coral Bark Maple sapling, shown in photos 1-5.
The spring foliage is exceptionally beautiful, marking the time when it grows into a magnificent Momiji.
As an amateur, please judge the branch structure and leaf condition from the photos.
The Coral Bark (Sango Kaku) Maple is a cultivar of the Iroha Maple, belonging to the Yamamomiji group. Its distinctive feature is its branches turning a vivid red in winter. It is also called Coral Momiji (Sango Momiji) due to its resemblance to sea coral.
As this is a living plant, its condition changes daily. Therefore, the state may differ from when it was listed by the time it is delivered. Also, colors and sizes may vary slightly depending on the environment and growth conditions. We appreciate your understanding and consent.
