Precautions
Remove dust, rust, oil, and paint from the bonding surfaces and ensure they are thoroughly dry. *Smooth out any unevenness on wood surfaces with a plane, etc., and remove rust from metal surfaces by sanding with sandpaper, etc. (1) Apply evenly to both bonding surfaces with a brush or roller. *Application amount guideline: 120-60 g/m2 per side *For materials with high absorbency such as concrete or PC boards, apply twice or apply a larger amount. After application, align the parts in the correct position and press firmly with a hand roller or rubber hammer, using the time indicated in the table above as a guide. *The bonded parts can be used immediately, but allow 24 hours for curing if high bond strength is required.
