These are steamed oyster shells from edible oysters harvested from the Seto Inland Sea.
Due to poor oyster harvests this year, the shells themselves are small and petite.

They have been washed, sun-dried, and dried.

We have removed as much algae, barnacles, and other debris as possible, but not all of it has been removed.
Please note that chipping may occur during transport. We appreciate your understanding.

[Usage and Precautions]
● After rinsing with water, they can be used directly in your aquarium or filter layer.
● When adding to an aquarium, after rinsing with water, add them gradually in small amounts, about 10L at a time, while observing, to prevent sudden pH changes.

※ Depending on the usage environment, ammonia concentration may increase, so please test with small amounts.
※ Using these in aquariums with low water volume and infrequent water changes may place a burden or cause damage to the aquatic life.
