Kochia Seeds / Broom Grass Seeds Approx. 10g / Includes Seed Sowing Instructions

Kochia, also known as Broom Grass, is an annual plant that is sown in spring. It has a neat, conical shape with delicate stems and leaves that grow densely, giving it a bright and refreshing appearance. It has a long ornamental period and grows large while maintaining the same shape.
In summer, it has a cute, marimo-like appearance from a distance with its green foliage, and in autumn, it turns Momiji into a beautiful red color as shown in the photo.
As its Japanese name Hokigi suggests, it can be cut, dried in the shade, and used to make brooms.

Mature height: 50cm - 100cm

Seeds are about 1-2mm in diameter.

● Contents: 2 tablespoons, approx. 10g

★ Kochia requires light to germinate, so do not bury the seeds deeply. Lightly sprinkle soil over them after sowing.

★ Kochia is a very difficult plant to transplant.
Although we transplant it every year due to space constraints, most of them die even when moved with the soil. For this reason, we do not sell seedlings. We recommend growing from seed.

★ Immediate purchase OK!

※ We will ship in a small Ziploc bag as shown in the second photo.
※ Please note that debris such as leaves may be mixed in.
※ We cannot guarantee that all seeds will germinate 100%.
※ We ship the seeds after thoroughly drying them and placing them in a resealable plastic bag. However, mold may form on the seeds after receipt. Please be responsible for storage and management, such as transferring them to a paper envelope.
