Beautiful blue legume flowers bloom.
It's truly beautiful when many flowers are in bloom around springtime.

It took about 2 weeks for germination.

Vining plant, cold-hardy perennial.
Moderate cold tolerance → overwinter outdoors.
Moderate heat tolerance → overwinter in partial shade during summer.

Here are some observations from an amateur gardener:
It seems that the seeds do better in shade for a while after planting.
Even when they grow large, they seem to be weak against heat and dryness, so I keep them in partial shade and check if the soil is dry in the mornings and evenings, especially during the summer.
To prevent drying, water them thoroughly. Once they grow lush, trimming them to improve air circulation seems beneficial.
I diluted Hyponex and gave it to them in early spring, which resulted in very lush foliage, but they stopped flowering... It seems to be the type that flowers better with less fertilizer.
In winter, covering them loosely with a 100-yen shop non-woven fabric provides good protection.

They have sometimes been affected by aphids and pill bugs. Pill bugs munch on the tender leaves. Therefore, I use Ortran and medicine for pill bugs.
