This soba is grown as a hobby by an individual.
Harvesting, drying, stone removal, and polishing
are handled by professionals.

This year, the harvest volume was not enough to send to a milling company, so I purchased a home milling machine and am milling it myself.
Therefore, I cannot mill a large amount,
so I am listing surplus unhulled soba.
