These are Mukuna beans, organically grown on a farm overlooking Matsuyama Castle at the end of last year (Reiwa 6).
As a food containing dopamine, our cafe also serves drinks made with roasted Mukuna beans as our signature menu item. Mukuna beans are also gaining attention as a future food resource and an environmentally friendly plant.
This sale is for the Mukuna bean powder shown in the photo (200g). We also sell the actual Mukuna beans on Mercari, so please take a look.
Based on information circulating, I consume 3 beans once a day in a drink, and when cooking them as boiled beans, I eat them without using the water used for soaking the previous day.
Furthermore, these Mukuna beans are ground using a traditional stone mill, a process that takes time and effort. Please consider purchasing them.
