★Beni Kururi
Vibrant red color from anthocyanins, a polyphenol pigment that is not lost even when cooked.

★Aji Kururi
A charming, short, mini daikon with a plump, rounded body. It can also be harvested at a larger size of 1.2-2kg when left in the field. It has excellent flavor and can be used in various dishes, from raw consumption like light pickles and salads, to simmering where it absorbs flavor well and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

★Fuji Kururi
Red both inside and out, with a tender texture and rich flavor. It can be used not only in salads and pickles but also in soups and other dishes depending on your creativity. When sown at the optimal time, it can be harvested from around 45 days at 300g, and then sequentially up to about 1kg.

《Cultivation Tips》
1. Cultivate with the same planting density as regular daikon. The standard spacing is 25-30cm between plants, but avoid overly dense planting as they have a spreading growth habit.

2. Sow 3 seeds per spot as a standard. During thinning, remove plants that do not have red (purple) at the base of the leaf stalk or hypocotyl, or those with poor growth.

3. Extremely early sowing can lead to deterioration of quality and bolting.
