Vegetable Seeds EAC Wasabi Greens 1ml (approx. 450 seeds) x 2 bags
Wasabi greens seeds.
Popular for its refreshing spiciness, great for salads, pickles, and blanched dishes!!
● A type of mustard green with large, incised leaves similar to daikon greens, and round stems with wrinkled leaves.
● The leaves are large and tender, with a unique spiciness. They are used in salads, pickles, and blanched dishes, and are particularly good with meat dishes.
● Due to their unique shape and flavor, they are also suitable as a raw or decorative vegetable to replace lettuce or parsley.
■ Cultivation
● Harvest sequentially from the lower leaves (hooked leaves). Sow in rows about 9-10 months around, with a row spacing of 60cm. After germination, thin as needed to a plant spacing of about 30cm, or since they transplant well, sow and grow in a seedling bed, then transplant when they have 4-6 true leaves with the same plant spacing.
● Fertilize mainly with base fertilizer, and apply a light liquid fertilizer as a top dressing the following spring.
● They grow well even with direct sowing, so they can be used as thinned greens throughout the year.
