Kale is a vegetable rich in lutein, beta-carotene, calcium, melatonin, vitamins (E & C), dietary fiber, etc.
Kale is expected to have effects such as improving eye health, anti-aging, promoting sleep, relieving stress, boosting immunity, improving skin, strengthening skin, mucous membranes, teeth, and bones, improving blood circulation, and relieving constipation.

Kale prefers cool climates, with an optimal growing temperature around 20°C. However, it is resistant to high and low temperatures. In temperate regions, if you sow seeds from early July to early August, you can harvest for a long period from two months later until the following spring.

Kale can be harvested when the outer leaves grow to about 30-40 cm and have more than 12 leaves. Harvest by picking only the necessary amount sequentially, starting with the dark green, large leaves.
