We will deliver a Nekoposu box full of leaves, varying in size, approximately 8-15cm.
*Approximately 50 leaves will be included.
(They will be placed in a zip-lock bag and then in the box.)

★About Smilax China★
It has been used since ancient times in the Kansai region and south of Shikoku, wrapped around mochi and other foods, and grows wild in the satoyama (traditional rural landscape).
It is said that Smilax china is used in many Kashiwa mochi made in western Japan.

Why not try making dumplings or manju wrapped in Smilax china leaves?

*Example Recipe*
① Mix joshinko (rice flour) and water, knead to a consistency similar to earlobe, and steam.
② While steaming, wrap the steamed dough around pre-rolled bean paste. Shape them and wrap them in Smilax china leaves.
③ Steam again in a steamer (for about 15 minutes).
④ Remove, cool, and it's ready.
