Muji Tape Cutter Fairy Tale Clip (The Tortoise and the Hare)

This is a MUJI tape cutter.
It seems both can only use MUJI tape.

Tape Cutter (Large): There are scuffs from when it was removed from the box. They are not very visible in the photos. There are stains from storage in a few spots.
There is also some dirt on the bottom.
Additionally, there are spot stains or rust on the inside of the metal blade (circled area).
Although it has not been used, it has some minor scratches and dirt, possibly from being left out in the open for a while after unpacking.

The bottom has 2021 printed on it, and the instruction manual states it was issued in 2017.

(Small): Unused, but the bag is torn and dirty.

Clips... These are used items. I believe about 3 have been used, but I have not included the used ones. Since they were not used much, most should remain. However, they were stored in a desk, so the case is dirty.
