Freshly picked Asakura Sansho from my home garden. We have a bountiful harvest, so we're looking for those who would like to use them in their cooking. We'll also be including sansho leaves.
We hope you'll use them generously for dishes like chirimen sansho (simmered young sardines with sansho pepper) and shigureni (a type of preserved food). If you freeze them and add them to your nuka-zuke (fermented rice bran pickles), you can enjoy delicious pickles! ?
We will ship them at room temperature.
We will include over 220 grams. Sansho leaves are also included, so please use them.
We will send them to you fresh from the harvest! ?
We will use anonymous shipping, but since we want them to arrive fresh, we would prefer buyers closer to Kyushu.
