We harvested excellent garlic this year.
It's larger than usual this year.
This is fresh garlic that you can only enjoy now.
It's mild and delicious even when simply grilled. It's completely different from the dried garlic you buy at the supermarket.
We grew it organically, with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides used.
We didn't use mulch in the field, intentionally leaving some weeds and flowers, and grew the garlic alongside ladybugs and other beneficial insects.
We will deliver approximately 1kg of size M garlic, which fits in a compact box.
To store, peel the cloves, put them in a Ziploc bag, and freeze them. They will last for a year, allowing you to enjoy fresh garlic anytime.
