Perhaps not available on the market? These are seeds of wild Japanese parsley (Mitsuba) that grows naturally in the mountains and forests.
Wild varieties have an even stronger aroma and larger leaves than cultivated ones. The stems are also thicker, making them more substantial to eat, and they surpass cultivated varieties in texture and flavor.
As new leaves sprout quickly after harvesting, you can enjoy picking them year-round and using them in various dishes.
They can also be grown in indoor planters or pots for ornamental purposes, as they don't require very strong light.
Their refreshing aroma makes them an excellent pairing with egg dishes like scrambled eggs.

Sowing Period: March-May, September-November
Germination Temperature: 18-22℃ (Germination rate decreases above 25℃)

Sow seeds in pots and cover with about 5mm of soil.
Keep them moist until germination.
?Soaking the seeds in a refrigerator at 5℃ or below for 5-14 days to break dormancy before sowing will help ensure more uniform germination.
?Soaking the seeds overnight from the day before sowing will increase the germination rate.

They prefer slightly moist locations in partial shade to full shade.
