■ We are sharing this year's harvest, which has been very popular every year.

● After the rice paddies in the mountain village were left fallow,
Hachiku bamboo roots invaded,
and after more than several decades, they have completely transformed into a bamboo forest.

■ We offer the surplus after keeping some for ourselves and sharing with neighbors.

■ Unlike Moso bamboo shoots,
Hachiku and Madake bamboo shoots can be eaten deliciously withoutアク抜き (removing bitterness/astringency).
