Junk item: Tetra Aquarium Cooler Cool Tower CR-3

Description
Tetra Aquarium Cooler Cool Tower CR-3
Although it was cooling, the fan has been running continuously since the beginning. I bought it about 2 years ago and used it for about 6 months, but I am selling it due to a replacement. Since its normal operation has not been confirmed, it is being sold as a junk item with no claims or returns.
All accessories shown in the photos are included. Accessories such as hoses are unused.
During the summer, it was able to maintain the temperature around 25℃, and the temperature could be set even lower with the temperature setting dial. After that, the fan continued to run even when the water temperature was constant, so I stopped using it.
