Izu Islands Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) - 10 plants with runners
Gotu kola sprouts and spreads on my property every year. I learned from Vietnamese people that it's good for the body, and I've been drinking it daily in smoothies. I put gotu kola, milk, banana, a little honey, and ice in it ? It's also good in soup. It's recognized by the WHO as an excellent wild herb and an important plant. Since it's spreading a lot right now, why not try growing it yourself? I will harvest it in the morning, wrap it in damp newspaper, put it in a plastic bag, and send it via Nekoposu. It will fill the Nekoposu box ?
