The following is quoted from the internet:
This is a beautiful evergreen shrub also known as Australian Rosemary. The shape of its leaves and flowers resembles rosemary, but Westringia has softer branches and a more delicate appearance. Its characteristic feature is its silvery-green foliage. It is a shrub that blooms with cute white flowers year-round, with a particularly abundant bloom in spring.
Type: Lamiaceae semi-hardy evergreen shrub
Height: 1-1.5m
Cold hardiness: down to -3 degrees Celsius
Flowering period: April-October
Sunlight: Full sun
Cultivation method:
Prefers sunny locations with well-draining, fertile soil. When planting, incorporate leaf mold or compost into the soil. For potted plants, be careful not to let the soil dry out. It is somewhat sensitive to cold, so plant outdoors in the ground in the Pacific side south of the Kanto region. In colder areas, grow in pots and bring indoors during winter.
