A spawning substrate is used for medaka to lay their eggs. In the wild, medaka lay their eggs by attaching them to aquatic plants like water hyacinth.

When using, lightly rinse with water and attach to the floating part with a zip tie or similar.
*This product is for the sponge pieces only and has not been cut into legs.
Zip ties and other accessories are not included.

Why not use this as a spawning substrate for your precious and beloved medaka?
