How to make a mugwort bath

★Boil in a pot
Place in a pot, add enough water to cover the mugwort, and boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. It's ready when the aroma rises and the water is colored.
Add the boiled liquid to the bath water
Add the boiled liquid and mugwort to the bathtub, mix well, and enjoy your bath.
★You can also put the bag directly into the bath. Use one or two bags as you prefer.
Precautions for mugwort baths
To prevent staining and odor transfer, rinse the bathtub immediately after bathing.
Do not use the bathwater for laundry after bathing.
