◎ How to store seedlings:
- Upon arrival, do not leave the sweet potato seedlings in the cardboard box. Store them in a cool place.
You can maintain quality for a short period by placing them upright in a bucket with a shallow amount of water, just enough to cover the cut ends, and covering the leaves with wet newspaper in a cool, well-ventilated area. You can also place them on top of potting soil (like pumice).
- As these are perishable goods, please receive your order on the day of delivery if possible.
If you are unable to receive the product for several days due to your own circumstances and the product spoils, we cannot offer a guarantee. Please understand.
- Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
