As these are stored in an outdoor pond, please only purchase if you can accept the inclusion of natural materials such as fallen leaves, weeds, and algae.
We have only rinsed them lightly to prevent them from falling apart. Please understand that mud and other substances inherent to the soil may not be completely removed.
*The images are examples, and we will send you a comparable item. As these are plants, their condition may change significantly over time. We may cancel the listing if the condition deteriorates drastically, but please understand that minor changes are to be expected.
*We are listing multiple identical items, so to avoid confusion with transaction messages, we will proceed with shipping first. Please understand that shipping may occur without a message.
*As these are aquatic plants, they are sensitive to high temperatures. Please only purchase if you understand that delivery will be from Kanagawa and will be placed in your mailbox. For those in distant locations, or if you cannot retrieve your package from the mailbox immediately, or if you are concerned about shipping status, please purchase with your understanding.
*The item will be shipped sealed in a plastic bag.
We also sell other items, and ship dozens of orders daily, so we cannot accommodate individual requests.
*For the sake of avoiding trouble, we cannot respond to any requests made after purchase.

No guarantee against rot!
We only ship healthy aquatic plants.
We cannot be responsible for temperature or care after shipping.
The price is based on the assumption that we will cover the Yu-Packet shipping cost.
For Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands, shipping may involve sea or land transport, which can be harsh in the summer.
If you are concerned about damage due to temperature changes, we can ship in a styrofoam box for an additional fee.
This will incur a styrofoam box fee of 200 yen plus the difference in shipping cost for Takkyubin, totaling 800 yen.
If you wish to use this option, please inquire through the questions section.
Please note that changes cannot be made after purchase.
