This is the Petio Electric Heater for Pets (S Size) - Usable at Two Temperatures from Petio.

After purchasing, I tried it on my pet 1-2 times, but they didn't seem to like it, so I haven't used it since and have kept it carefully stored at home.

As it has been used very few times, there are no noticeable scratches or dirt on the main unit, cover, or outer box, and it is in a very clean condition, almost like new (excellent condition).
