Plus Brand High-Quality Drafting Instruments - Ruling Pen - Showa Retro

This item has been stored at my family home for many years.
The exact quality is unknown, but it appears to be drafting supplies that are becoming rare as retro items!
The metal parts have rust.
The other parts have scuffs and scratches and appear to be slightly yellowed.
The box is quite deteriorated and dirty.
As this is an old item, please consider it if you understand its condition. Thank you!
