When a hydraulic hose cover is installed, it reduces the scattering of hydraulic fluid in case of hose damage and suppresses deterioration due to UV rays and other factors.
It also serves to protect the hydraulic hose from abrasion and wear.
It has high crystallinity, excellent chemical resistance, and exhibits superior resistance to organic solvents such as gasoline and oil.
Applications: Mini excavators, excavators, attachments (breakers, crushers, buckets), aerial work platforms, hydraulic piping used in various machine tools, etc.
It is also widely used as a cable cover and cable protector.
Caution: Due to the nature of the product, fraying may occur at the cut edges. Please treat the ends by heating them with a flame before use. (Both ends of the cover are heat-treated at shipment.)
Attaching zip ties to both ends of the hose can prevent slippage.
It is best to cut the cover slightly longer than the hose to accommodate the hose's bending, allowing for some wrinkling along the entire length.
The maximum width of the hydraulic hose is at the tip of the fitting.
