*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg, and dimensions of 34cm in length and a total of 60cm for the three sides. Considering these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks are already a tight fit. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, three bags of 120 sticks alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight restrictions, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact and light as possible. We understand that the packaging may be very tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer Churu at the lowest possible price amidst rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that only those who agree with this method purchase the item. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the benefit of our customers, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent damage from heat, we will post the package just before the collection time to minimize its time in the post.
*Please request bundles of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs are already factored in.
*Discount requests will be ignored and deleted without reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
