Fresh Catnip Sprouts, Young Leaves, 50g - Leaves Your Cat Will Love!
10.00 $
Description
?We will ship freshly picked silvervine leaves, which cats absolutely love and can also be deliciously eaten as wild vegetables.
?These are the leaves used as raw material for commercially available silvervine powder.
?Cats are delighted to eat fresh leaves, but please be mindful as overconsumption can lead to vomiting.
Cooking Methods as Wild Vegetables
?These wild vegetables have a captivating flavor that will make you addicted after just one taste. We recommend trying them as boiled and seasoned dishes or dressed salads to appreciate the subtle differences in taste.
?Preparation (Pre-treatment):
Boil in hot water with a pinch of salt to remove bitterness. Over-boiling will diminish the aroma and texture.
?Serving Suggestions: Boiled and seasoned with sesame, simmered, added to soups, or mixed with mayonnaise.
?For Tempura (no pre-treatment needed): Simply wash thoroughly with water, coat with batter, and deep-fry.
?Silvervine leaves are prone to being attacked and stolen by cats, so please store them securely.
Our own cats will not leave our side until they get their paws on the leaves.
?Mature leaves are used as raw material for commercially available silvervine powder.
?Please comment before purchasing if you wish to change the quantity.
