Insect Specimen - Australia - Jewel Beetle - Stigmodera macularia

This is a species of jewel beetle from the east coast of Australia.
The antennae are missing. Otherwise, I believe it is in good condition.
Jewel beetles from Australia are vibrantly colored, but many fade when prepared as specimens. This species has yellow elytra, but most specimens turn orange during the preparation process. This specimen has retained its yellow color due to special treatment.
