This is a butter dish from the British company Spode's Blue Italian collection, a long-selling item loved worldwide for nearly 200 years since its introduction in 1816.
It can also be used for low-profile cakes like tarts and pies.

This is a used vintage item.
It is in excellent condition with very little sign of use.
Blue Italian is called Timeless blue and white, the eternal blue and white.
If you look closely, you may find slightly blurred pattern edges or ink splatters, which are due to the copperplate printing technique used at the time of its release.
