This is a pipe cutter (color: black) made by RemarksJapan.
I purchased it new on Amazon and used it only once for DIY.
It has only been used to cut a total of 10 lengths of IRECTOR PIPE for one DIY project, so the blade has minimal wear and there are no noticeable scratches or dirt, making it in excellent condition.
I am selling it while it is still in good condition as I no longer plan to use it.
There are no instructions included, but it is a very standard pipe cutter, and I was able to cut easily by watching YouTube.
